Early Access Terms
1. Evaluation phase
HALO Finance Early Access is an evaluation phase. Functionality, calculations, interfaces and workflows may change as feedback is incorporated.
2. Business records
Early Access users remain responsible for verifying financial, tax, accounting and statutory records and should retain independent copies of records required for legal or business continuity purposes.
3. Feedback
Early Access participation includes reasonable feedback on bugs, usability and missing functionality. Feedback may be used to improve HALO Finance without transferring ownership of the customer's underlying business information.
4. Data protection
Early Access data is subject to the same Privacy Notice, DPA and application security controls described for HALO Finance workspaces.
